Support & user management

Support tickets

Support page — two-pane inbox. Left: ticket list with status filters (OPEN / PENDING / CLOSED) and subject search. Right: the conversation thread.

  • Reply — sends as ADMIN (right-aligned bubbles), flips status to OPEN so the customer sees activity.
  • Close — resolved; the customer can reopen by replying.
  • Reopen — resurrect a closed thread.

Status meanings: OPEN = ball is in your court · PENDING = waiting on the customer · CLOSED = done.

Finding and helping users

Users page — search by email/name/handle, filter by role/status/subscription. Click through to the detail page:

Card / tabWhat you can do
AccountChange role (SUPER_ADMIN only), toggle email-verified, see 2FA status
SubscriptionSee active plan; Grant plan for manual/comped subscriptions
GrantsGrant credits — ad-hoc top-ups with an audit note
Sessions tabSee active devices; header button Revoke sessions forces sign-out everywhere
Security tabLogin history, IPs, lockouts
Notes tabInternal admin-only notes, pinnable

Common flows

  • "I forgot my password" → user detail → Send reset (emails a reset link).
  • "My account is hacked" → Revoke sessions + Send reset + check Security tab for odd IPs.
  • Abusive user → Suspend (reason required; revokes everything instantly). Unsuspend when resolved.
  • Debugging a user's problem (SUPER_ADMIN) → Impersonate — 10-minute token, heavily audit-logged. Use sparingly.
